"Pros- Very attentive and friendly staff. Appreciated the early check-in. Our bedroom was larger than expected. Comfortable beds, nice water pressure for the shower. Pleasant room. Heated towel bar. Amazing location even if the hotel is a side lane and out of view from a major street. Close to the Old Town, shopping malls and many eateries. Cons- The bathroom sink was very small and unable to close the drain to wash our garments and socks. The kitchenette is only equipped for two of each. It had three pots but no frying pan. Very little cooking utensils. Beyond a basic breakfast, it's very difficult to make anything more than pasta, reheat canned goods or boil some eggs. Instead of the wall mounted coat rack, this space would be large enough to have proper storage with a few drawers, because there is no alloted space to take your clothing out of your backpack or luggage. We had to use the window ledges for this. "

"The rooms were clean, though the floor felt a little sticky in sports. The staff when approached were helpful and professional. The coffee machine was broken for most of my stay. The property is not accessible. Other than The main doors there were no accessible buttons to open doors. Even for those of us without accessibility needs would find automatic doors helpful."

"This is literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Europe. It was very clean, and the front desk staff were superb! I was there for several days, and everyone had very professional and friendly customer service. There were also nice little things I didn’t expect, such as free glass bottles of water at the front desk every time I entered the hotel. They even had stamps for me to purchase for sending a postcard, and they put it in their morning mail for me. I decided not to include the breakfast because it was kind of spendy, but I decided to go one morning when it was convenient, and I really was blown away with the quality and variety of food and beverages available. They had everything! Even the scrambled eggs were fresh and delicious – not rubbery. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and I can’t think of a single thing at this hotel that I would change. Plus, the location made it so easy to walk into the beautiful old town with tons of amazing restaurants (recommend Spot!). Save yourself some time and just book this hotel. You won’t regret it!"
