"Staying at this beautiful inn was one of the nicest experience we've had in France. The inn is gorgeous, beautifully kept, comfortable, and within walking distance to everything in the village. Our hosts prepared an incredibly delicious breakfast both mornings. Lovely, lovely couple. We would definitely recommend staying here while visiting the Sancerre region."

"Chose this B & B as it was close to the Canal du Nivernais and had good reviews. I was not disappointed. I was the only guest but was offered a 3 course evening meal - very good. Room was clean and quiet, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and fresh croissants. Little gem of a place. Recommended"

"Séjour entre amis à vélo le long du canal du Nivernais . Étape proche du canal , à 3 km de Clamecy où se trouvent tous les commerces et un très joli centre ville autour d’une belle église . En revanche pas de restauration sur place en dehors du petit déjeuner . Nous avons commandé des bocaux , moyens et chers .. excellent séjour . Joli lieu , piscine chauffée .. "

"Séjour agréable,l hôtel proche du site de guedelon et un bon attout.possibilite de manger dans le village de saint fargier.la pizzeria monte cristo bon rapport qualité prix. Bon accueil à l hôtel.notre chambre au 2 étages sans ascenseur un peu gênant si nous avions eu des valises très lourdes et la baignoire dans la salle de bain si nous avions ete plus âgés.sinin propre et la bouilloire dans les chambres avec le café et thé appréciable.une personne a l accueil et au service du petit déjeuner...

"We had a wonderful stay here when we were visiting Guedelon Castle (it’s only half an hour away). A very welcoming host, and a beautiful building and location. Some lovely restaurants in the town just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again."
