Front desk staff was helpful, and email response was good, but when I had a question and called the 24 hour number, I couldn't reach them- but the problem could have been on my end- would be good to have better instructions on calling that number from an international phone. "I loved everything about the property. The location was more than perfect. It is located on the main and most attractive street in Sarajevo. A large number of restaurants, bars, pastry shops in the immediate vicinity. The housekeeper is very kind and they even offered us to move from the third floor to the first because we once complained that it was difficult to climb to the third floor. The property is very clean and tidy. We felt safe and definitely think of coming back again. "
