"This is a very low budget hotel. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The pool area was a smoking section. I found hairs stuck in my washcloth and towels. I can’t speak to the free breakfast because it wasn’t open when I left at 5:30AM. They have parking right outside of the first floor rooms. Literally directly beside the windows. It’s very irritating when people are coming and going through the night. I suppose the highlight was that at least I didn’t see any bedbugs."

"Hotels should be forced to add a banner that says ‘under renovation’. I know most hotels would get 0 bookings, but instead the hotels and Expedia deceive guests about the nature of their stays which is almost always based on reviews that happened when there were no renovations going on. You can include in the banner renovation hours and which floors are not affected. And explain you’re charging 75% of normal and comparable rates. What you should never do is lie. "The location is nice, tucked away and feels very safe. The room was comfortable and the kitchen area was nice to have. The bed could have been a little better, the mattress wasn't great. BEWARE if you are on a floor with anyone above you. The people above us were awake at 1:00 am and at 5:00 and sounded like a herd of buffalo, (although the front desk said it was only two adults).
