"Stayed a couple times but this time we sprung for a king jacuzzi suite. There were 2 adults and a toddler tying in the room. The jacuzzi was great - little one loved it. The room was huge and very clean. A couple things needed repairs (I.e tile on the bathroom floor was cracked. Socket didnt work and sparked) but was great. There was no plug socket or USB port on one side of the bed though - figured that would be a guarantee - thank god for long cables. The room was clean.
Breakfast was great and served til 10am on a sunday. It was well stocked too.
The hot tubs in the courtyard were a hit. And the koi in the pond was a highlight for the little one."
"We loved our stay at Canad Inns Grand Forks! We had so much fun at the waterpark, although we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the kiddie pool and lazy river because they were closed during our stay. Since we travelled from quite far away, we were hoping to be able to enjoy all of the amenities. Thankfully, the staff provided us with complimentary waterpark passes, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time there!"
"All staff were excellent. The only thing I could say was there was a lady at the front that was handling the front, breakfast, not enough staff. When told food was out on syrup, milk, butter, sausages, etc...she got a little annoyed but filled everything and when I thanked her she was very pleasant. Too much for one person to handle. Hotel needs to not stretch their team members thin for profit as it's noticeable. Need a person to manage and fill breakfast, not the front desk handling breakfast in addition to supporting check in/check out customers."
"The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing—there weren’t a lot of choices, but everything was delicious! There was also plenty of parking, which was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!"
