"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Seasons at Blue Mountain Resort My stay at Seasons at Blue Mountain Resort was excellent. The location is perfect right in the heart of the village and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and activities. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette that made the stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit, and the amenities, including the pool and hot tubs, were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. I especially enjoyed the village atmosphere and the beautiful mountain views. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or a weekend getaway, Seasons at Blue Mountain is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone."

"We were not aware that the hotel was in the middle of renovations. We also had someone working and scraping something right outside our door at 7:20 am . It might not be outrageously early to most. One of the main reasons we booked a room to "get away" on a Tuesday night was to relax and hopefully sleep in the next day. We also had a weird brown mark on our bedding. I was just expecting a little better experience for the price on a Tuesday in June."

"Pros: Location was convenient as we had an event right in the hotel conference centre. Close to the village. Free on-site parking. We received a voucher to use at their 2 onsite restaurants. But one was extremely busy and was understaffed the one time we tried to go there. Received bracelet to access 2 activties at the Village: gondola and canopy climb. Staff were nice. Things to consider: I booked on Expedia, and I was able to 'cancel' my whole booking but was not able to modify my booking later (because I wanted to cancel a day). The hotel bus shuttle service was not available every day of our stay. Took a long time for our sink and shower water to become warm. Our bathroom did not have a fan. The walls were thin and when our tv was off or low volume, we could hear our neighbours talking. Our bathroom sink faucet handle was loose so didn't stay on the 'hot' side. Our door did not have a soundproofing strip so we could hear other doors slamming shut. There was stuff on the fridge door and bathroom door that I had to clean off. Fridge is on the small side compared to other hotels I have stayed at."

"I don’t mean to be too harsh or rude but while I was there the only thing I could confidently say is that it was extremely close to a breakfast spot. When I checked in I was happy with the staff and the owner/manager. He was very nice and friendly but when I went into my room it appeared clean. There were stains on the pillows and the toilet didn’t work. I noticed a couple stains on the towels and the bathtub had a stain from the old mat that used to be there. There were a couple bugs inside the room as well. The picture shown advertised a couch which was not there but on the bright side I do believe that they genuinely care and there is room for improvement."

"The staff is bar none the nicest and most accomodating in the business! The property is beautiful, full of amenities, and resort(y). It immediately feels like home! I also like that it is quieter than being in right the village (at least during my annual visits). The only cleanliness issue (if you could even call it that), was collected dust on fixtures in the room (bedside clock, hanging lamps). This was not overly problematic, but I do have dust allegies - a quick wipe on my part, and all was good to go! (I imagine it is especially hard to keep up as I find everything I own comes back from Blue Mountain Village and surrounding area a bit dustier lol). Everything else was VERY clean! Some wear and tear to carpets and towels, but again - I'm just offering an honest review - I did not find if off-putting or bothersome."
