"This is a 'Euro Concept' hotel by Hilton. It's in an excellent location -- walking distance to lots of bars/restaurants in downtown Bentonville and just minutes from the spectacular Crystal Bridges Museum. The lobby/bar/restaurant area on the 1st floor is very nice and hip. BUT the rooms are just too small, especially the 'bathroom', which has a toilet water closet about 3 foot square and a matching shower. My wife and I have travelled in Europe and are used to smaller hotel rooms, but Hilton missed the mark on this one."

"Hot tub has been broken for at least a year. No drinks or snacks allowed by pool. Dirty socks, food, and bottled drinks found under bed. However, bed and pillows were comfy, staff is beyond amazing, breakfast is great"
