Vicki and Sam were wonderful hosts! We stayed in suite 101 where our delicious, homemade breakfast was personally delivered each morning. We were celebrating an anniversary, and a personal note was included with our breakfast, which was so special. We would highly recommend Tradewinds LLC to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.

What a gem!

Cozy little motel/b&b. As with most of the lodging in the area seems to be a somewhat older building but that's part of the charm. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed with plenty of towels, a mini -fridge, microwave, and coffe maker. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the sheets quite soft. The one small suggestion I would make is to add a little dining table or something along those lines but otherwise, the room had everything we needed. There IS outdoor seating which we didn't use but it seemed like a nice spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast options were just what you'd expect of "continental style" which was just fine with us. The tram/trolley is literally right next door...very convenient. We really enjoyed our mini-vacation in Eureka Springs and it was made that much nicer by our wonderful hosts who couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Nice

My husband and I went for a weekend getaway. Our room was wonderfully decorated and clean. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi. My husband would have liked to have had a table and chair in the room for moring coffee but there was only a single chair (not too comfy either) in the room. I was dissapointed in the water pressure. It took a very long time to fill the jacuzzi with water, and we must have been a long way from the water heater as it took quite awhile for it to get warm. But overall it was a good experience and we would probably stay again.

Love the Tradewinds

This is our favorite place to stay when we travel to Eureka Springs. We like the stand alone cabin but all rooms are great. Staff is friendly and rooms are so comfortable. Very clean and stocked with all we need.

Terrific owners who were engaging but not intrusive. We stayed in Suite 101 and were served breakfast in our room each morning of our stay. The owners try HARD to make everything just right. We will stay there again for sure!

We love this place.

This was our second stay. We will definitely be back. Quiet, cozy, and the owners are awesome. Location is perfect if you want to be close to everything without being in the middle of it all.

We loved this property! It's close to everything in Eureka Springs and the owners live there, too. This is good, clean, basic lodging at its best. The Tradewinds will always be our first choice when staying in Eureka Springs.

Very nice and quiet spot - just off the main path. Stayed in the bed and breakfast suite - nice size room and breakfast was great. Within walking distance of a few local eating places or just a short drive to others.

I loved the staff. Very friendly and made sure we knew where to go for food and essentials. The room was very clean. The bed was really soft you sunk in. This could be a good or bad thing depending on preference. I like my bed to be firm so it wasn't the best. The room had a jet tub unfortunately this was one of the reasons I booked the room and we were unable to enjoy it. There was no hot water. Luckily it was a 1 night stay and I showered before I came because I was unable to shower as well. I did bring it to their attention and was told quote " it sounds like I need a new water heater". Loved the atmosphere beautiful view. Just a walk from the main Street there!

We understood we would have handicap room, but when we arrived we found out it was up 13 steps . Hardly accessible, they had a room ground level, but a queen bed we asked for and paid for a king. They had another with two kings but at a higher rate, we agreed. Four steps up to the toilet. Hardly a good time. Next time I travel I won’t use Orbitz or any other agency. And I won’t be going there again . Over all we did not enjoy our stay.

Amazing hospitality and so convenient!

Amazing hospitality and very convenient to all the Eureka Springs activities. Right next door to the trolley station so you can walk or be driven around. Private pool and rooms but guests can socialize at breakfast or in the common areas. Hope to try one of the cute cabins next time. Also great for extended family or larger guest groups with the bonus option of all having their own room🙂
