"All excellent with exception of breakfast. They need to improve the quality and freshness of the pastries. A cafe and bakery around the corner (Dos Escudos) has a much higher quality products."

"The front desk was poorly staffed, it took forever to check in both times and we never got the view we requested when we made the reservation, which was city view. The restaurant food was terrible, STAY AWAY from that restaurant!"

"Hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and pedestrian shopping mall. Room was clean, had all necessary amenities for short stay. Common areas are well maintained. Breakfast area is very pretty and breakfast quality is good ( provided it’s included in the rate nature). There is wonderful steak house downstairs in the same building ( butt separate from the hotel, not part of Principado. Would highly recommend for dinner). Overall, for short stay ( like pre-cruise, as in our case) I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Mold in bathroom needs addressing. Smells and window must be left open at all times. Hotel could use updates. Location and staff is good."

"The room was clean and well-equipped. Breakfast buffet had good choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. Only negative was we didn't realize there was a pool/spa until we were checking out. An info sheet in the room describing all amenities would have been useful."
