"The rooms were clean, the staff was great, the pool needed cleaning but it wasn’t bad. My only problem was that the guests were very loud in the early hours of the morning and were playing their persona speakers. I called reception and was promised they’d fix it but it wasn’t. I just wish the crowd control was managed but it’s ok. "
