"Rooms were OK. Bathroom was very small. Shower and washing table were in the same spot. You can't leave the door open, because the could fine you $1500 if some detector get off. Check in was very poor. Staff was busy talking and laughing with each other. Didn't tell us check out time or when and where we can have breakfast. In the end we had just 20min to eat our breakfast in the hotel next door. Staff over there was very polite.

"Friendly staff and accommodating. Area appeared safe and near the airport. Room appeared clean and spacious, however my pillows smelled despite having new pillow cases. I think the pillow protectors need to be changed too when changing the pillow cases. Otherwise, all else was good."

"Wonderful central location, super close to the shopping centre and the train station and the rooms are good sized with lovely comfortable pillows and beds. The hotel is a little dated in that the bathrooms are older and the rooms are not soundproof but I say that more to be aware as opposed to any complaint. Great for the price point. "

"Room was ok, the shower was very hard to manipulate so ended up standing on the edge of a boiling hot stream of water. No room service which was disappointing. Coffee at breakfast not fabulous, recommend going for a long black and adding milk as it’s powdered milk in the machine. "

"There was no hot water for my evening and again for my morning shower. My colleague on another floor tells me his shower had no water halfway through and he had to wipe soap off himself without water.
We advised reception on morning checkout and they said yes they understand there seems to be a problem.
We both paid full rate for our rooms ?"
