"We have stayed at the Podollan many times throughout the past years. This was our worst experience. It started with an inattentive front desk person at check in and the front lobby that was freezing because the doors didn’t close. The doors were still open in the morning. When we got to the room, the bathroom sink was completely plugged and did not drain overnight. The shower door was almost falling off. "We went to the hotel for the pool/water slide/hot tub. Because we are repeating customers. The pool was ice cold hot tub and slid were out of order. And it did not say anything about it when booking in Expedia. And because we prepaid they would not refund. Very disappointing for the kids. "

"The assistant manager, Kate, was absolutely amazing. She made our stay so comfortable and went above and beyond for us. The rooms, building and pool were very clean. My only complaint was the breakfast wasn’t very good. The lady working in the kitchen needs a helper. Food and silverware ran out very quickly. "
