"Staff were rude - lots of them milling about but not very forthcoming to help. Room was nice as long as you did not look too much! Shower was coming loose off the wall. Not much choice of TV stations. Conference facilities were appalling. The AV system was of very poor quality - only hand held microphones ..."

"The room was clean. It had hanging space and shelves. A long unit to put things in or on top of and a kettle. The bathroom and shower were fine. We occasionally had no water but we rang Reception who promptly sorted it out. We had a few issues with the air conditioning and the Manager sorted this ..."
