"We had a fantastic few days - the staff were lovely and the rooms etc were really clean. We booked breakfast prior to our stay and we were so pleased that we did as it was amazing. There are a number of buses that can be caught a few minutes from the hotel which go directly to the train station and then it’s a stroll to the tower. We were really pleased with our stay."

"The room was clean, large enough for a child’s bed to be included; quiet yet situated centrally. The roof top bar and view of the duomo was such a treat."

"The villa it’s a beautiful place in Toscana to stay and relax , the pool is the best feature of the hotel. In the lobby the is a bar where you can order apperitivo, and the restaurant face a the beautiful garden. Food was excellent but pricey."

"Zentral gelegenes Stadthotel mit tollem Frühstück. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch auf meinen Wunsch, auf der Terrasse zu Abend zu essen, wurde sofort eingegangen. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt nicht weiter störend. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder."

Lovely reception area good for relaxing. Bikes available in hotel for hire are perfect for Lucca exploring."

"The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely. There are not too many guests, so there was more than enough room to sit and lounge in relative privacy. The staff were attentive and made excellent drinks. "Super mooi hotel!! Wij hadden een hele mooi romantische kamer, was schoon en lekker groot. Personeel super vriendelijk. Je had wel een auto nodig om naar Lucca te gaan want lopen was best wel ver. Het eten in het hotel, zowel diner als ontbijt is oké, niet heel bijzonder. Het zwembad heerlijk. Je kon overal in en om het hotel zitten. Wij hadden de pech dat er een hele grote groep Italianen iedere dag op excursie gingen dus al vanaf 07.00 nogal luidruchtig waren maar goed daar was niets aan te...

"Most beautiful location close to Lucca. Loved the green rolling hills around it. The breakfast was delicious and you could sit outside overlooking the hills. It was majestic. My family loved the pool too."

"This is a perfunctory hotel in a very off track part town, although close to station and main shopping street. Nice enough, but poor levels of service. Shower was useless, too small and had mould on the tiles. The room was small. If you are looking for a bed for the night then I suppose it's fine but don't be expecting 4 star because it is not. Reception staff were good but no staff even said hello in the breakfast room."

"Air conditioning did not work, so don’t go when it’s hot, staff was friendly, morning breakfast was just adequate, room was a bit dirty especially bathroom but not terrible, the highlight of this place is the proximity to train station and walking distance to the tower and old town. Consider it for a one night stay only in pisa"
