"Staff speaks very good English, but did not explain how to find our room, which was located between two floors. Area is safe, lots of places to eat nearby, 9 min walk from train station. Very clean, renovated rooms. Would stay again if I need to be newr train station"

"If you’re taking the train the next day this is the place. The elevator in the lobby ( next to the free champagne station) takes you right down to the train terminal! There is a space flight theme through the hotel. Very comfy!"

"Jenifer greeted us with a big smile and open arms as we walked in the door! She was very helpful and even remembered our names throughout our stay. Best front desk hostess we have ever had!"

"Clean room and quiet"

"Not worth the money at all. Towels had holes, shower rail /shower head didn't stay up, only 2 pathetic milk jiggers per day for 2, despite being given 4 sachets of coffee and 4 teabags- how does that work?!, stains on carpet and bed very firm, toilet flush button didn't work properly and finally the cleaner took one of our room keys. Not sure why this is rated 4 stars or what exactly we were paying over the odds for, maybe the unnecessarily huge tv that we weren't sat in the hotel room for. Nothing fits in the teeny tiny fridge, even the 4Euro bottles of water in the room didnt fit in. Thoroughly disappointed."

"Nobody came to clean my room in the four days that I was there. And as I was coming back later couldn't speak with someone about it. Bed was a sofa bed, which nobody told me about and rainforest shower wasn't really that. It was dirty and very poor."
