You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Locks didn't work at first, had to have that fixed. Then the AC wasn't working so we waited several hours for the manager to fix it. Breakfast was not included with reservation, so be sure you are aware when they ask you to pay extra for it. The hotel had a bad overall smell to it. Doors were all very loud. The front desk people were very helpful and nice."

"I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."
