"Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!"

"We were travelling as a family of four. We had booked the Montepulciano 2 bedroom suite, but were delighted to be told on arrival that we'd been upgraded to the best villa on resort(!), Villa Nobile. This included a private pool and hot tub, all with fantastic views across the Tuscan countryside. The accommodation was v high standard and extremely luxurious. The service was fantastic, especially Natalia on arrival. If you're visiting on a Friday, then recommend joining the bbq...great food and...

"This property was like no other. Exquisite in every detail. It was made with impeccable taste. The art on the walls, the linens, the stairway, the outside grounds… Every detail. "It was a lovely visit to Griffin's Resort on the Tenuta Ponziani estate. The entire area is lining with lavender and olive trees and smells amazing. If you want to disconnect and relax this is the place for you, your friends and your significant other. The spa experience is amazing, and you leave with relaxed muscles and glowing skin. Truly a place to renew. Enjoy!"

"We spent an amazing 7 days here in paradise! Location- an easy drive to the best towns that Umbria has to offer! We visited Perugia, Orvieto, Gubbio, Asissi, Spello, etc. The Agriturismo is located in an exceptionally private area, quiet, private, no traffic noise, only the peaceful sounds of the countryside. Accommodation - 5 star comfort. We had a full kitchen, bathroom, with WC and bidet, big bedroom with large super comfy bed, black out shutters for morning sleep. Clean, rustic vibe, modern...

"Don't hesitate for a second, it's a wonderful place! We spent two weeks with our family (3) in this newly opened establishment. It's a magnificent 17th-century mansion, beautifully renovated and ideally located in To scan. The staff were delightful both in welcoming us and throughout our stay. We would particularly like to thank the owners for their friendliness. We will definitely return to this house in Tuscany is truly magnificent. Don't hesitate another second."
