"We splurged on the $1000 suite but shower drain was clogged so water got all over the floor. The outdoor hot tub needed to be fully drained and refilled to use as it was cold upon arrival. Lock on door to room needed to be slammed extremely hard in order for it to close otherwise an annoying alarm would sound . Also hotel sauna was broken "
