"I arrived and was left waiting while the desk clerk continued an argument about a personal matter over the phone. I interrupted and asked to check in after a few minutes. He was neutral, unwelcoming, and didn't even bother to state my room number or tell me where the elevator was. The room was nice and clean, but there was a hair and a urine strain on the toilet seat. I'd already gotten my things situated by then time I discovered this so used hand sanitizer to clean it rather then dealing...
