"Breakfast was nice, the staff are excellent, the rooms are in need of renovation, WiFi needs to be upgraded possible a mesh network to cover the whole hotel as it did drop the signal quite often, hotel can be quite noisy with large groups of screaming kids I am aware sometimes that can’t be helped however I do feel the staff should remind the parents to be respectful of other guests."

"I had a an absolutely fabulous stay at the a Mode Hotel! The bed is so comfortable and staff when I spoke to them were so lovely and friendly. Fab idea having a vending machine too. Love the simplistic aspect and the warm welcome letter you get too. The room had a fantastic coffee machine too. Really fab thank you."

"Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great."
