"The initial entrance is tricky because you need the key fab (which is in the room you don’t have access to yet) in order to enter the building, use the elevator, or the stairs. The condo itself was fine, although the listing said there was sofa bed, this was not true. There was a sofa but it did not convert into a bed which was very disappointing. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. It was clean, it was a great location, it was safe, but the details listed and the poor...

"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...
