"No hot water. Phone did not work so had to drive back to front desk. Was told someone would visit to check it out. 10 minutes later, handyman knocks and, without coming in, says to run water for a long time, more than the 5 minutes we had already tried. We ran it for at least 15 minutes and still no hot water. At this point it’s 10:30 and we just go to bed. One of our worst hotel/motel experiences!"

"My room was clean and reasonably quiet. I was lucky to get a room facing the pool, rather than the nearby highway road, so inquire about that choice if you are particularly concerned about noise. Equipment and plumbing all worked fine while I was there. I had one desk chair in my room that had a minor problem staying at the correct height, but I was able to raise it by myself with a control. Overall, everything was fine. Front desk was helpful for handling my requests, and parking around...

"Property location was great; however, despite their most recent refresh, it’s dated. Housekeeping skipped our room and when we called to request service, the front desk attendant insisted we must’ve had our “DND” sign on….we didn’t. Hanick (sp?) was really nice at checkout."

"I made a courtesy call to notify the hotel attendant that we would be having a late check-in. I was told that my room was going to be recorded as a "no-show" after expressing traffic delays had set us back more than usual. I have no idea why someone would state this to a patron that already prepaid the booked stay. That room should belong to me until the check-out time the very next day."

"The property was under renovation. Even so, the hotel management kept the property clean and safe. They also, offered great hospitality. The guest laundry was very helpful because of the length of my stay. My only complaint was the breakfast buffet which needs a serious upgrade."

"The best university hotel I have seen so far. This place was immaculate and had everything amenity you needed plus. The property was conveniently located to my event, the hotel had amazing food and drink choices and my room overlooked and perfectly manicured University of Maryland grounds. I would hands down recommend this hotel and stay here again and again."

"We booked two rooms for a family of six, including kids and their grandparents. The bed height in the room was too high for one of the grandparents. We contacted the front desk for help, but there was no response. We needed house cleaning, and the staff said that house cleaning is offered only by reservation and that the day's reservations were full! We asked for two towels, and the staff asked me to return the old towels before getting any fresh ones. We returned the old towels, only to hear...

"The front desk associate that checked me in (name started with a T?) was absolutely wonderful!!!! She was pleasant and efficient not only with me but with everyone else that I saw her help."

"Staff were very friendly. But I explained that i paid 6dollars for parking and the concierge said that I needed to pay for parking as the reservation did not show that I paid already. I ended up paying 21dollars for parking. I was staying at this hotel because my mother was in the adventist hospital for a heart attack. I just didn’t have it in me to fight this."
