"DO NOT STAY HERE! Do not let the false 8.5 rating fool you. We left immediately without staying and are getting a refund. The place was disgusting. Unprofessional from the beginning. Lady at the counter was doing what looked like personal laundry and had a large trash bag full of clothes spilling out behind the counter on the office floor. Hotel immediately gave off the vibe of ick. At first we thought it was just the front desk and we were tired so maybe it wouldn't be that bad in the room. So we went up to the room, opened the door and saw a freshly made room although the lighting wasn't great. BUT after walking in and checking the bathroom and then each bed for cleanliness to confirm, we promptly returned to the lobby and returned the keys to the front desk. The bathroom was dirty everywhere, just gross. The beds were full of hair and the sheets were dingy. When going back down the elevator we noticed the dirt of the halls and the elevator itself. As we left we told the lady at the desk why we were leaving and she said "oh well I will tell my manager tomorrow." Made me think it happens often. We made arrangements to stay elsewhere even though we had to pay more and it was the best decision we made. "

"Excellent excellent stay!! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Room was very clean with plenty of space, storage and pillows! Room is quiet too and the beds were luxurious. We slept so soundly. Breakfast is included from 6 to 10 am, buffett style, with choice of cereal, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, with rotating breakfast meats and potatoes. Coffee / tea / juice bar included. The dining area is large and comfortable. The hotel is bright and inviting and clean throughout. Plus it is conveniently located to everything including WVU. Highly recommend!!! Thank you. "

"The ac didn’t work in our room and they don’t supply enough towels or was cloths. No coffee maker in room. Cleanliness was ok and staff was friendly. "
