"We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well. "

"From start to finish our experience was top class. Reception was efficient and gave us access to facilities as room was not ready (we arrived early). The hot spring pools were amazing. Quiet and refreshing. The Bear and grill bar was great. Staff brilliant and friendly (Dan and Lauchie). Room facilities great. Checkout easy."
