"The hotel was on the newer side which was nice. It was clean. I was a little disappointed for the amount I spent and the customer service. I called a head for a late check out a couple of days in advance. When I checked in it was never noted. They asked me who I spoke to. I was able to get it . I had one used roll of toilet paper which was gone by morning. I ran out in the morning and told the front desk they said they would have it in the room when I returned. It wasn’t they . I had to find a maid to get some. There was not a single complimentary water bottle in the refrigerator. I know these are little things but I feel like these are standard things. "

The price I was charged for one room was about what my reservation for two rooms was. Our rooms were on two different floors. Not ideal if we were traveling with children. Then she checks and said you have a really good rate. Upon entering the room there was a musty smell. In the bathroom on the first floor room there was mold on celling in the shower. The phone in room did not work. When we went to the front desk to get extra blankets, my wife was told come back in an hour. When she went back they only had one blankets. The room on the second floor was a little better. But had the same smell and mold in the bathroom shower. The floors were not clean. My first and last experience with Motel 6, they will not have to, "LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR ME.""
