"We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again."

"This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience for my family. The overall condition of the hotel was completely misrepresented compared to what is advertised online. The pool—listed as an amenity—was not functional and appeared neglected and unusable. We had booked two rooms for our family, including children and parents, and the conditions in both rooms were deeply concerning: Strong weed odor throughout the rooms Dirty, foul-smelling carpets and overall unclean...
