"We missed our connecting flight and lost the money for the first night for no fault of our own. We let them know as soon as we found out but they would not credit it. We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating. Location is nice. They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!"

The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. "The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. "
