"A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine."

"Ho hum. The hotel turns out to be a different hotel a little way down the street. The E17.00 breakfast is average - I’d suggest getting something at the nearby bakery and having breakfast on a bench by the river. So, overall it’s ok but probably a little past it’s best. "
"Despite emailing on three occasions to request a room suitable for someone with a disability, we were placed in a room that could only be reached using stairs. Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Apparently these have not been available since January. "
"Had a very nice stay at this hotel and the staff is very professional and friendly. Location was perfect right next to the central station and a short walk from main attractions in town. The room is nice with coffee and tea facilities, very spacious bathroom and excellently soundproofing."
