What a fantastic stay in this hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were always greeted with friendly, helpful staff, whether it be answering our queries or just saying a friendly hello as we passed. The services offered were amazing- free tea, coffee, cold water and fruit and the breakfast catered for all tastes. Thank you for a great stay.

A hotel as it should be

It’s an older hotel, but the interiors have been renovated. My room was quite spacious and included a sofa seating area. It had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy! I especially appreciated the entrance area of the room, where there was a bench designed for multiple purposes — a clever touch. Summer has just begun in Sweden, and the room was a bit warm. I found myself sweating at night due to the thick and cozy duvets. An air conditioner would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, water from the shower leaked into the toilet area. It dried up after a day, but the large gap beneath the glass wall caused the issue. Overall, I would definitely return! It was a pleasant stay with a wonderful breakfast selection and a lovely seating area.

Personalen delvis ouppmärksam och missade information. Slarvigt med kvittohantering och event på hotellet. Restaurangen riktigt dålig, lång väntetid, en timma innan mat serverades. Missade delar av beställningen trots att vi bara var två personer. Trist tillagning av maten, en 2 av 5 möjliga.

Bo här!

Sköna sängar och kuddar. Trevlig personal och väldigt god mat inklusive stor frukostbuffé. Det finns många ställen att hänga på och biljardbord och shuffle board är pricken över i.

Bodde här nyligen och har lite blandade intryck. På det stora hela var vistelsen bra – hotellets läge är toppen, nära till allt, och tjejerna i receptionen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet var fint och duschtrycket får verkligen full pott – bästa jag varit med om på hotell! Men några saker drog ner upplevelsen: Rummet låg väldigt långt bort, nästan som att gå ett maraton efter en lång dag. Parkeringen var dessutom sjukt dyr, vilket kändes onödigt snålt. En annan sak som gav dålig smak var klisterlapparna på spegeln med hot om att bli debiterad om man ”tar deras Rituals-produkter” – känns inte så välkomnande att bli misstänkt för att sno något. Och de där produkterna var dessutom inget att hurra för – torkade ut både hud och hår. Bastun verkar fortfarande inte klar och restaurangen var tyvärr stängd under vår vistelse, vilket var trist. Frukosten var helt okej, men avsaknaden av gravad lax tog bort den där lilla känslan av lyx man gärna vill ha på hotell. Sammanfattningsvis: många fina delar – men några missar som drar ner helhetsintrycket.
