"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa.
The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

"(The Green Annex Building) Felt like staying in a HOSPITAL WARD with DEPRESSING and complicated world war 2 bunker style tunnels connecting the building. EXTRA CHARGES for towels and dressing gown. NO BREAKFAST. Very dated decor in the room, Cheap and nasty bathroom and toilet. Broken Sofa Bed. It's a little walk up to the town, but a nice walk. The saving grace was the view, balcony, the Spa, Steam and Pool facility, kids playground and the Easter Egg hunt activity. I would not recommend the...
