"Hotel is though at distance from city but there is a bus stop just at 200 meters with regular bus service to Rebibbia and then 15 minutes metro journey to Roma Termini. Hotel is good but reception staff and Kitchen staff service is amazing. Ilenia at Reception helped on Public transport, guided very well on Rome attractions and helped on Taci booking for odd hours flight. Room cleaning service is good. There is a nearby Gym as well. Overalll good budget hotel with amazing customer upport...

"La estancia es tranquila y agradable, el personal es atento y uno puede estar tranquilo y agusto. Lo que recomiendo es que personal del hotel debe anticipar que cobran impuestos al turista y no al momento de hacer el check in. También deben informar al cliente que le pueden entregar el formato de requisitos para solicitar sus tax free. Por qué no lo hacen. Pero la atención es bueno, con excepción de lo antes comentado."
