Radisson Collection Morina Hotel, Tirana

"I arrived at 2.30am after the hotel I had booked was closed. Radisson took me in in the middle of the night and were so kind to me throughout my stay. Housekeeping is so good. Concierge fabulous. Andriana in the restaurant is your absolute shining star. Only criticism I have is on several occasions I went down to the spa to book treatments and nobody was there and nobody ever came even when I waited. Also found fingernail cuttings on a sunned one morning which wasn’t acceptable by whoever did that but should have been picked up first thing in the morning and cleared away. Otherwise a fabulous place to stay."

"Very good location to major attractions in Tirana. It is an expensive hotel and it tried to be a five-star hotel but just not there yet. We booked our airport pickup via the hotel, but could not find my name and hotel name sign as hotel told me ar arrival. Asked someone help us on calling hotel at midnight, back and forth, found the pickup drive hold a sign with someone else name and no hotel name. Driver said hotel told him wrong, hotel said the drive messed up. No one apologized to us but we were delayed further into early morning."

"Lovely stay, breakfast was decent, spa decent, room spacious and clean, lovely the music playing in room and could connect phone to screen share. Lymphatic massage was lovely and a good price. Would defo stay here again"

"A lovely classic hotel. The rooms are beautiful and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast food options were varied and tasted good. The staff very professional and courteous. Special thanks to Vini from the lovely roof top bar as he made our evening special with his cocktail making skills and wonderful customer service. It is my second stay at this hotel and will be the only place I book if I return to Tirana."
