Very quiet. Great and comfortable beds. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 on the weekend, but the front desk clerk allowed us to get some of the items earlier as we had to leave earlier.

What do you want out of a hotel like this? You want it to be clean safe and reasonably priced. This checks all those boxes. Front desk person was very friendly too. No offense to Farmington, but it's still Farmington so there's only so much the hotel can do about that. Sorry Farmington love ya 😅

Family trip for softball tourney

Hotel was near town but not walking distance to anything. Breakfast was ok, rooms spacious and clean. Hotel is newish. Extra bedding for pull out couch is limited, I brought my own. Would stay again.

Everything was great until.we returned from dinner in the evening and pur lights were out, no elevator..we all had to use the stairs, then on top of that a huge fire literally 500 feet from my room. Outside stair doors open late into the night even after all lights had returned. (Mind you im not sure how long it was out but was out for 30 mins after we had arrived) Although it was a rough total of maybe 3 hours, my kids loved the excitement..never seen lights in hotel go ot, fore, etc. There i rated what i did because the staff was very friendly and accommodating regardless of circumstances, rooms clean, accessible to rest of amenities. Will definitely stay again, the family loved it.

Best “continental style breakfast” we’ve had! They had egg sandwiches, scrambles, sausage gravy and biscuits, hot strawberry waffles, plus many convenience items. The room was clean and well stocked with convenient items for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great job!

Design of the suites is well thought out. There are places for everything that are normally missing in hotels. Very comforta le stay. One negative - the pockey doors on the bathroom are difficult to close; handles would be helpful. T

I've been here twice now, and both times the staff was so helpful! They offered me endless water, and on top of that it's cold water! It's a small thing, but huge when it comes to traveling and not always having access to cold water. Thank youuuu!

Third times a charm

The AC didn't work in the first two rooms they gave us so that was annoying. But the staff made it right quickly and got us into the third room where AC worked perfectly.

It was in a good location for where we needed to be. The breakfast was the downer. There was no hot water for the oatmeal. It was always lukewarm and there are very limited food options that do not contain cheese or milk. Otherwise, the staff was great and having the kitchenettes were great.

Lovely hotel but smelly.

Well. The room smelled when we 1st entered. Body odor with bodily smells. The interior was beautiful. Room visions were great. Smell not. Then the top heavy comforter smelt bad. B.O. plus feet. Blanket tossed to floor. Thermostat was not easy to work with.... at night we were welcomed to cold freezing room. Positive side: The free breakfast was delicious. The building and decorum was lovely. Friendly staff. Their attitude was a delight. I would stay here again. This place is worth the money.
