"Ticked the boxes from what I wanted from my stay"

"We had assumed that we had booked a nice hotel I guess that it had been once. The room was not dirty as such but it definitely could have done with a deep clean, it could best be described as grubby. The whole place looked run down and in need of refurbishment."

"the hotel was clean and tidy, plenty of parking. Breakfast was good + fresh bean coffee. Small issue with one window not opening and the AC was out of action with an error code, didn't raise at the time due to late evening"

"The hotel parking is dubious (at least it will be until my parking charge gets sorted). What made the parking charge worse is that we left the hotel for food and so were charged - fined - twice for parking...That's £200 until it gets resolved. I wouldn't mind so much, but we registered and parked as directed by the staff - I'm assuming its some registration glitch. Tell you what...when it gets sorted i'll change my review - but until then i'd either avoid this place or be absolutely crystal clear about being registered for parking!"
