The service was very slow and you had to choose a table before you ordered but there was no info to say this. The girl at the bar was pleasant. The restaurant was overpriced and the food mediocre...

"This is the second time we have stayed here, in two months. Once again, we cannot praise the whole experience any higher than absolutely excellent. The location for all amenities, the staff for their help in making our stay wonderful. The hotel itself, including the rooms, are to the highest standard and cleanliness. The food is also excellent, lovely choice of breakfasts."

"The hotel was really close to The Station at the airport and very well signposted. I had a lovely big clean room, with a big comfy bed. The toiletries were great, and the coffee machine. My check in was quick and easy. Only down side was I wanted a drink from the bar and it was very busy. There was no room service with drinks. I woudl definitely recommend this hotel to stay before an early flight. I believe they have really early breakfast too if needed."

"Waren zur Hitzewelle dort und leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht gekühlt. Es war sehr sehr warm im Zimmer. Als dem netten Mitarbeiter das mitteilte ob er vll mal schauen kann, meinte seine Kollegin die neben ihm stand „it‘s summer“. Echt? Hätte ich nicht gedacht im Juni in England!! Unser Zimmer war aber in Stockwerk 3 also weder ganz oben noch ganz unten was ein extra erhitzen erklären könnte. Es hat natürlich keiner nach der Klima geschaut und wir hatten einen gratis Saunaaufenthalt in unserem...

"Lovely comfy room and flexible air con so we could have the temperature we wanted. Check in busy and slow but staff pleasant. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food. Only annoyance was noisy guests in the corridor in the early hours. I'd have thought it would be common sense and respectful to talk quietly outside other people's rooms. Minutes from T2 so really convenient (also easy walk to train station). Access from arrivals (ground floor)."
