"Location was very convenient. The room was very noisy from above. Not sure why but during the Lao ight and early morning hours there was a large amount of vibration and the noise of footsteps coming from above was disruptive. Not cleaning each day was a little annoying because we had to reuse damp towels that didn’t dry well even when we hung them up. Breakfast was done well each morning. Staff at front desk was always very friendly."

"We arrived later to check in, due to softball games and weather. There was a family in front of us. They said they had been waiting for about 30 minutes, and no front desk host was around. We checked in the back offices, and looked around the ground floor, and found no one. There were others there that advised the lady walked off right after she got to work. We stood around for about 10 minutes before she appeared from a door across the room. Took way too long for us to get checked in and...

"Property and my rooms were clean and nice. The first night I was in a room with crazy loud AC. I called the desk but they said no maintenance was there and they were full. I told him no worries if they could fix it or move me to a different room that would be great. The problem I had was every time I talked to someone at the desk they didn’t know anything about the issue.
