"Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed in, shower leaked flooding the bathroom flood, then toilet leaked toilet water all over the floor. Requested a room change which was not able to fulfilled. So disappointed & disgusted with this resort we ended up finding alternative accommodation and not staying ..."

"The staff were friendly on arrival but there was a mix up in rooms we were assigned to. We had to move within a couple of hours after we checked in but that was well taken care of.
