Had a wonderful stay! Staff was exceptional, the rooms(paint, doors, AC Unit, equipment, etc) felt a bit dated but were clean and perfectly fine for me!

Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale

The room layouts are in my opinion not terribly user friendly. A mini fridge under the tiny desk renders that useless.
