"Nice!"

"This hotel was dirty. The room wasnt swept, our room didnt have carpet and the floors even felt nasty when walking on it. There was dried pee behind the toilet in our bathroom. We had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels when arriving to our room. Then i tried to get more and they brought me 2 towels and that was it for the whole trip. We booked through Expedia and paid ahead for 3 night stay. NOT 1 time did they take our trash, bring new towels, take our old ones ect. The beds were uncomfortable and one had a dip in the middle due to being so worn. The Sofa bed was UNACCEPTABLE/UNSAFE, theres springs poking out of it, no cushion at all, straight springs, I took pictures of it! The tv made an awful static noise. The front desk has a sign out non stop saying they are away from the desk. Breakfast, well there is nothing, and if there is, its a mess, not maintained or refilled, and unsanitary. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at! Every floor has an ice machine, and EVERYONE is BROKEN! The pool is so packed you cant move, the chlorine is so high it burns your eyes just to sit in the pool room area. Total waste of money and straight disappointment! "

"The experience was not Hilton's best. My family and I were welcomed in a older accommodation. The toilet seat in the 1st bathroom was very shaky and needed to be replaced. The room needed to be renovated. The 2nd bathroom's toilet was clogged and needed a plunger. When we called the front desk, the phone continued to ring out. After trying to get in touch with the hotel, the front desk finally answered and told us that maintenance had left for the day, and we needed to come and get the plunger. Breakfast was from 6:30 -9:30 a.m. At breakfast the next morning, we arrived at 8:30 a.m. The breakfast committee ran out of certain items and were not replenishing the items for all of the guests in the hotel to enjoy. The food was not up to par because they did not have food warmers in the breakfast area to keep them warm. I have never been to any Hilton Hotel that did not have warmers/or sternos to keep food warm as guests come through for the 3 - 4 hour breakfast period. The next day at breakfast, they ran out of items and never replenished them for the guests. The food was nasty, soggy, overly greasy, etc. There was a spill in the breafast area and thecwater was on the floor entirely too long. This hotel is in need of more staff to help them run things smoothly. One of the breakfast staff members also had all of her "big hair" out around the food without a hair net on, and the next day at breakfast, she had on a scarf as if she was going to bed. This is not "professional" on any "

"The room was absolutely disgusting, no tv remote, phone was broken, when i asked Receptionist fir a tv remote she was to busy on her phone to even notice me then i asked the house cleaners if they had a tv remote no one spoke English? Then one guy that cleans yells at me what room are you in so i said it's ok it didn't matter so he yells again and i replied its fine i dont want a tv remote as i didn't like his attitude and as i stroed into the elevator he says fuch of then? Really thats how they treat there guests, so i packed my bags and lrft the hotel and had to find another one, so absolutely will never stay in that place again."

"Stayed for the weekend, not bad but not great. It’s an old hotel that was updated but only so much you can do. Nothing majorly wrong but our room was more like death by a thousand paper cuts. Huge gap at the bottom of the door, toilet wouldn’t stop running thermostat stuck so room was blazing hot all weekend, 3rd floor ice machine had mold in it. Upside is that there is a fantastic little diner next door that serves an amazing breakfast, which definitely beat the 1/5 continental brrakfsst served at the hotel. Staff was nice enough but seemed bothered to be there and generally uninterested in their job. Probably poor management creating a bad work environment, if the condition of the hotel was any indication. "

"They had a water supply problem from Fri until Monday - no showers, couldn't flush the toilet..did a poor job of communicating any updates..did not assist in trying to find alternate lodging, or offering compendation."
