"If check in is at 3pm i should have received check-in instructions at 3pm. I had to get to the property only to find out i couldn’t get into my room because i never received check-in instructions. I called the number on the door because of course no human is on property to help and got no answer. I texted the number and 45 minutes later i got check-in instructions sent to me. I already was checked into another hotel by then. Does this place expect someone to sit in their parking lot and wait for an answer that i wasn’t even sure was coming. Now im fighting to get a refund. Worst experience! After a long day exploring the area the last thing i wanted to do was sit in the car and find a new hotel. Good luck if you book with them."
