"We had to stop during our road trip and spend the night before heading on the road again to continue our trip. The check in was fine. Once we got to the room, the room was not cleaned. The bathroom was dirty in urine and hair all over. After we called date front desk, we were told that they don’t have another room in the same building and had to move to a different building. In order to do that we had to load our stuff in the car, get my kids including an infant, and drive there . The buildings of this property are all over the city. It’s very inconvenient to check in and have to load all your stuff in the car and drive to another location in the middle of the night. Customer service was terrible. The lady had the worst attitude over the phone. She would not listen to what I have to say, instead she raised her voice to talk over me as if it was my fault for requesting a clean room or for someone to come and clean it. Eventually we had no choice and moved to another building. Based on what they said that was an upgrade. The room was exactly the same. The building itself had to make a difference apparently. We finally checked in to the clean room at almost 2 am. I was told to call in the morning and talk to a manager. The manager told me he could give me 10% off our next visit. We are not coming back to this place ever again. A clean room should be standard practice. No one should feel terrible for wanting a clean room. "

"Everything was good, so good we decided to return and stay another night on our way home."

"Very unfriendly front desk staff gave no info at all. The hard boiled eggs were kept in a steam tray. Two of the three types os juice were empty at 6:30 am. Room was okay be loud heat/ac. "

"The heater was extremely noisy. The walls are very thin. Could hear the heater, the toilet flush and the people talking in the room next to us. "

"Clean and an amazing time"

"The disability room we were assigned to had bed that were so high i needed a step stool to get into and tub that was so it was a trip hazard. When people were loud after quiet hours we were told there is nothing could do or say to them. It sounded like they we bowling above us. Had to ask for towels to the pool area and they only would give you small very unabsobant ones. You definitely get what you pay for here. "

"Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no breakfast options but we knew that ahead of time so we brought our own. In a good location really big pool. We didn’t use, but it looked nice."

"Staff is not flexible"

"parking was great , staff were polite but watch you , breakfast felt fresh but the lady kept watching what you took which felt not professional because breakfast is basically payed for by customers if not then don’t provide it. "
