"The front desk lady was lying on the couch in the lobby when we arrived. After we checked in, she mentioned that she had lots of sad kids staying at the hotel because someone had puked in the pool and it didn't matter how much bleach she dumped in there, she couldn't get it back to safe swimming levels. She mentioned she tried to get a hold of the hotel owner, but they were in Reno and she couldn't get hold of them. Also informed us that our keys might not work on the outside doors because the locks were broken. Room was very dirty, under construction, and covered in a white film. Other families that were traveling with our group had a similar experience with lots of traffic of people in and out of the hotel that were obviously not staying there. Told the agent we didn't feel safe and wanted to check out. Responded we had to pay for 1 of the 2 nights since we already checked in. A week later and disputing the charge with Expedia, the hotel has not issued a refund for anything. Stay away from this hotel at all costs."
"They have a kiosk that you use to check in. It takes longer than normal check-ins. Housekeeping came knocking on the door at 9 even though we got the room for 2 nights. Ran out of toilet paper went down to the desk and the guy on the kiosk said that nobody was there until 7am got us to get more toilet paper. I like this hotel but this new kiosk system and having nobody there incase you need something or something goes wrong with your room is complete insane someone should be on site 24/7. Oh and no more hot tub either"
"It’s ok for a basic stay but they are charging too much I think. First off the bathroom was dirty streaks of residue everywhere and tub was getting moldy in a corner. One towel for double queen beds with pull out couch. Pool area was full of dead bugs and algae puddles on the ground, cobwebs visible. No towels in pool area. Staff were barely at the desk ever. Nobody there at night. The only reason we picked this hotel is because it was the biggest room to accommodate 5 people. We won’t be back."
