"Very easy to check in and check out. Didn’t like that there wasn’t any water to make tea or coffee, yoghurt 20 days out of date. Coffee machine gave 25mls and coffee shot each time pressed…..very strong!!!! However one area of service does not deter me not to stay again. I hope the problems have been rectified."

"Clean rooms, requested a room change for one of the night. It was a downgrade(my mistake on the booking side), but they gave us a bottle of wine which more than nade up for the price difference. All in all great stay."
