"Our room was slightly dated but was to be expected considering it’s a motel. Was a great location with Warner Brothers less than a 10 minute walk away and lots of great restaurants nearby (we had a lovely lunch at girl and the chicken!). Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in a safe neighbourhood whilst in LA. "

"Very nice hotel with very nice staff. We stayed there before and after a cruise for a few nights on each end and really my one criticism would be that both times I had to ask for enough towels for our party. We had a suite type room with two rooms and 3 beds with 4 occupants yet they only provided us with 2 sets of towels. It happened both times we stayed there which is the only reason I mention it. It’s an inconvenience to realize you don’t have towels when you need them and the type of rooms...

"So flight was cancelled next flight out was a day later; so I called Expedia they tried to refund the money but radio-silence from management. I can understands if someone cancels but the fact that we were forced to miss that reservation due to issues out of our control and management without compassion or understanding shows that once they have your money they really don’t care is something quite telling."
