"Uniche due note negative:
prima accoglienza in un ufficio sporchissimo, una pessima prima impressione e esterno incurato, anche qui abbastanza in disordine. Inoltre SPA non disponibile.
Il resto invece positivo: belle le camere, spaziose e moderne, pulite e con tutti i comfort.
Ottima anche la colazione, abbondante e con cibi freschi.
Molto gentili e disponibili le proprietarie."

"Large, comfortable rooms, well equipped. Extremely nice staff, who went out of their way to be helpful. Good breakfast. Quiet street that felt safe at night, and was an easily walkable distance from the centro historico. No negatives!"

"Property and well-maintained older hotel close to Bologna Central Station. I arrived at 11pm and left at 11am so I didn´t have a chance to sample the breakfast, but my overnight experience was good!"
