"Friendly staff"

"The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is pretty. But the quality of my room was not very very okay. Just to mentioned, i booked the Junior Suite. They did offer me to move to another room, but it would be just a regular room. "

"A wonderful and spacious spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. The spa and sauna areas are fantastic, with a variety of sauna rituals. The room was beautiful and comfortable, food was excellent, and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we enjoyed every moment!"

"Room is clean. But the facility is not new"

"The building and the room was nice, however the bathroom was in a very bad state. I'm surprised they even let the room with the bathroom in this poor condition. It would have been nice to have someone site during check in, but there was clear information about how to get into the room so that was ok. The breakfast was good, the lady who served breakfast was very nice and helpful. I also liked the fact that they cooked the eggs to order. "
