"If you’re looking for a spot to stay in old town Fes (which I recommend for any tourist experience), this is the place to stay! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my friend and I had a comfortable stay. In addition, their restaurant got solid food so we ate there for dinner for our full stay. One of the guys there even offered the jacket off his back for me when it was down pouring right before the Fez Medina tour I book, which really spoke volumes about his hospitality. My friend and I felt safe and comfortable during our time with the staff in our corner!
Just some information about the rooms - a little small but the room is clean. Bathroom has a curtain that serves as a door. The shower is open to the full bathroom where the floor is angled slightly so the water goes down the drain in the corner of the bathroom. This was not a concern for my friend and me but do take this into consideration if you are someone who needs extra space.
Above all, I’m very satisfied with the service Palais Fes Yahya provided. 10/10 recommend"
