"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."

"We had initially booked a room at another place near the Athens airport, but cancelled it after poor communication by the staff and an email scam involving the place. It was comforting to have Peri's respond to our questions and transportation to and from their hotel by the owner. This is a simple property in a residential neighborhood. It's about 20 years old but clean. The bed was comfortable. The owner suggested we could have dinner at a nearby restaurant that would pick us up and drop us back. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrive at a seaside place that seats 1000 in two buildings and a large outdoor space next to the water."

"What you may not know about this property is that it is directly across a beach frequented by the locals. This beach has a smooth pebbleless entry point. A perfect place to swim laps. The sea seems a little calmer here than further down the stretch, There is also little swimming ‘holes’ created by formations in the rocks. The hotel is complete with lounges and umbrellas. Just a short walk, maybe a half a mile, and you come across the more popular beach areas complete with restaurants. Although, it’s not as nice as the beach in front of the hotel, This is literally a mom and pop place! The hospitality is unreal. The owner let me borrow his phone charger for the duration of our stay. I would stay here before word gets out and this is no longer a hidden gem,"

"This is a beautiful property with gorgeous mosaic tile floors throughout. We were only there overnight. It looks like a really fun place for families with a beach, a pool, and outdoor games. We had a bungalow with a beautiful view. One of our outlets did not work. The bathroom was strange with the shower next to the sink with a frosted glass door and then the toilet was private with a little sink. The room was a good size."

"Staff was welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Wonderfult view of the port and delicious breakfast in the morning. Great location if you are taking the ferry the next morning for one of the islands. It was wonderful for us as we were coming off the ferry from Patros, and loved the location as it was walking distance from the boat. The free shuttle to the airport the next morning was also a great advantage."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ – AVOID AT ALL COSTS I don’t even know where to begin with how absolutely terrible my stay at the Seasabelle Hotel was. This place is a complete disaster and I will never, EVER be returning. Let’s start with the elevators — because apparently that’s too much to ask for in a hotel. Both elevators were completely out of service with zero warning and zero apology from staff. No signage at check-in, no heads up, nothing. Just a handwritten sticky note on the elevator door that I didn’t see until I was already hauling my luggage through the lobby. So what did we have to do? Drag our heavy bags up multiple flights of stairs like it was some kind of medieval inn. I have a bad back, and by the time I finally got to my room I was in absolute agony. The staff couldn’t have cared less — not a single offer to help, no porter, no apology, nothing. Just a shrug. Thanks to the strain from lugging my luggage up those stairs, I was in so much pain that I didn’t sleep a single minute that night. I tossed and turned in that overpriced bed, completely miserable, wondering how a hotel can call itself a hotel while offering this level of non-service. The Seasabelle Hotel took my money, wrecked my back, and stole a full night of sleep from me. Save yourself the pain — literally — and book somewhere else."

"- Food is good - Reception is friendly enough and main building is fairly nice - The state of the rooms is not great - our mini fridge was full of water and comes completely empty, the bathroom in the family quad room was totally crazy - shower head holder can only point the shower away from you, the shower cabin has no door so the water leaks all over... - Animation team is all french speaking and totally ignores other nationalities. No attempts whatsoever. No English, not even Greek. - resort is in the middle of nowhere"
