Nos vacances ont été gâchées avec cette annulation de dernière minute sachant que nous attendions ce séjour depuis le début d’année. Hôtel injoignable et Expédia ne nous a pas trouvé de solution. Je suis complètement insatisfaite et très choquée. Mes enfants sont très déçus. "
