"This hotel was a very nice surprise. The rooms were much more updated than shown in the photos. It was very clean. Staff was friendly. It was very quiet except some of the door bang shut. Parking was good and we slept very well. Nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was the normal stuff but nice to have. Near some fast food if needed. Great stay."

"I would not stay here again. It is too close to a road with a lot of loud trucks and motorcycles drivi g past all night. The room was small and the bathroom and shower were VERY small. The beds were on metal frame with no headboard and quite uncomfortable - plus flat pillows. We liked the easy contactless check-in, though I had to call the hotel because they didn’t email the room number and entry code I was supposed to receive. The room was very clean and the fridge and A/C worked great. Overall, it was just not comfortable for us at all and we got no sleep."

"The room was very clean and big. Bathroom was big too! Good size refrigerator. Loved the location. You could walk across the highway to sit or walk by Lake Michigan. Not far from a walk way over the water to a lighthouse. When the waves are high it is awesome to walk the water walk way. We got drenched but we never laughed so much! It is our second time to stay at the motel and would stay again. Okay breakfast. Very friendly staff!"
